While both embroidery machines share the same 24 × 36 cm embroidery area and 1,000 SPM speed, the difference lies in structural rigidity. The PooLin EOM is designed for desktop workshops and standard apparel decoration. In contrast, the PooLin EOV is engineered with a reinforced, vibration-dampened bridge frame built specifically for heavy textiles and multi-shift commercial runs. This rigid chassis eliminates frame flex and needle deflection when piercing through thick trade workwear, heavy canvas, and structured 3D puff caps, guaranteeing crisp stitch registration where lighter machines struggle. However unlike the EOM, the EOV does not feature laser positioning due to its machine design.
